Head of Asia / BoD
Andy brings decades of trading experience from Cargill, Noble, Trafigura, among others. He joined EPRAG from its inception in 2018 as BoD member responsible for Asia.
CFO / BoD
Juraj brings 20+ years of international experience with main responsibilities in areas of financing, treasury, tax, coordination with EPH Group companies and process improvement. Prior to joining EP Resources AG, Juraj held CFO positions in energy companies and online to offline companies in Brazil and Chile. Previously, Juraj spent 15 years at PWC, where he held various positions in Slovakia, Spain and Brazil. Juraj holds a master’s degree from ESADE and is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant (FCCA).
CEO / BoD
Bert brings a wealth of experience to EP Resources, with over 30 years of expertise in coal and freight trading and logistics. He started his career in as shipbroker in London in 1990. His previous positions as Head of Coal Marketing and Trading at BHP and EDF Trading / JERA have equipped him with the necessary skills to lead EP Resources AG.
VP Freight
Before joining EPRAG in 2019, Alex spent 15 years in Bunge at senior freight management and trader positions.
Head of Structured Products
Extensive global experience across all commodities finance disciplines including corporate and trade finance, M&A and project finance, having also built several businesses within past organizations. Dane joins us from Macquarie Bank, ex Engelhart CTP (BTG Pactual Commodities), ING Bank, and Standard Bank.
Head of Special Ores
Before joining EPRAG in 2020, Stefan was leading trading teams in Thyssenkrupp, Alfred C. Toepfer International, AMCI Carbon, and Rag Trading, bringing extended negotiation experience in wide range of products and markets.
Head of Australia
17+ years experience, delivering >40 million tonnes of product to the global market to date. Proficient in marketing and trading of steelmaking/thermal coals and other dry bulks, focusing on customer relationship management and technical marketing. Has extensive BD/M&A experience. Ex AMCI, Stanmore, Noble Group.
Head of Trade Finance
With 30+ years of experience in trade finance acquired in Nidera and Cofco, Paul is both hands on and sophisticated in designing trade finance possibilities, leveraging on the EPH Group reach and capabilities.
