We are adding a new alternative fuel to the retail portfolio in the Czech Republic – EP Resources sunflower briquettes. These are made of sunflower husks, which were left as waste after pressing sunflower oil and would have no other use. It is simply a modern and environmentally friendly type of fuel, composed exclusively of plant material from agriculture without any additives and binders.
Sunflower briquettes are also cheaper than wood or wood briquettes and last longer to burn. High calorific value and long burning and glowing times make them an ideal natural fuel.
